Individual Purpose:

· To be the Clients Brand Ambassador

· To ensure the Customer Experience consistently exceeds expectations, delighting every customer.

· As part of an award-winning team you will provide not only an efficient but a fantastic standard of food, beverage and bar service.

· To assist General Manager and Executive Chef in maintaining day to day operations

· To assist General Manager and Head Chef in achieving budgets

· To ensure the behaviours of yourself reflect the clients values

· To maintain personal knowledge and staff knowledge of menu, wines, beers & spirits.

Responsibilities:

* To assist in all day to day operations of the business.

· Assist in the delivery of an industry leading ‘customer Experience’ through the service delivery.

· Uphold the Hotels Gold Standards set by the business.

* To assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
* To assist in ordering and maintaining stock levels/stock control.

· To maintain cash handling procedures including general security.

· Provide an effective and efficient service that exceeds expectations.

· To develop your product knowledge and staff product knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing.

· To develop your own and staff skills and knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing.

· To deliver high level of product advice.

* To identify opportunities to increase sales through customer service excellence.
