We are looking for an experienced chalet couple (due to accommodation) to run our luxury five bedroom chalet in Morzine. One of you will need to be a chef with enthusiasm to create your own innovative menu and one of you a host experienced in hospitality and cleaning.
You will be expected to fulfil the following:
· Menu design and planning for weekly guests
· Ensure that all guests’ dietary requirements are understood and catered for
· To do all the shopping for food within the weekly budget
· Provide full breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and four course evening meal
· Prepare children’s early dinner if and when appropriate
· Assist the chalet host in keeping the chalet clean and tidy at all times, creating a warm, welcoming environment.

· Applicants need to be flexible, dynamic and energetic.
· Applicants must have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused and self-driven..
· relevant cooking qualification or/and significant experience in professional kitchens

Salary and Benefits
French working contract with a gross pay of circa €1800 per month.
Two full days off per week.
