We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our wonderful team in Bristol working on a full time permanent basis with a yearly salary of £20,000.

As a Gather & Gather Sous Chef, your purpose will be to support the head chef in delivering quality service across the unit to ensure a strong relationship is kept with client & customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of food service. You will effectively utilise the branding and marketing materials provided and represent Gather & Gather’s FOOD ideals at all times.

Your main responsibilities will be;
Creating a positive team atmosphere & customer environment
Configuring counter & display spaces to make them attractive
Ensuring QHSE standards are met and upheld by your team
Assisting with administrative duties as required
Stock control, ordering & GP control
Invention of new & innovative menu ideas
Identify training requirements, and demonstrate training initiative
