Senior Office Administrator

Main Purpose of Job:

- Input worker hours weekly for the purposes of payroll

- Impliment processes and procedures to improve the office efficencies

- Ensure accurate reporting of key worker criteria

- Taking queries over the phone

- Ensuring 12+ staff meet payroll deadlines which consit of 300+ timesheets weekly

- Working with team managers to ensure compliance

- Auditing appliacnt packs

- Referencing

- Uploading licence checks

- Processing holiday

- Preparing spreadsheets

- Chasing purchase orders and invoicing

This is a varied role with multipul deadlines, currently this role is made more challenging due to a change of system that will take 18 mths to complete. You will need to be flexible in terms of your hours (occasional late finish on a Tuesday)

In return you will be offered flexible working, support, training and mentoring as well as having the autonomy to implment change.

This is a critial role that requires a forward thinking indiviual with excellent organisatioal skills who has previous experience of process change.

You must be stroing minded, confident and be able to work at a fast pace.

Wed - Fri ( full time but flexible hours)

Possibility to take one day in the week & work one day at the weekend
