£23,000 plus live in

- Are you an experienced F&B professional manager with wedding experience looking for an Restaurant and Bars Managers role?
- Do you have track record of helping shape the culture of a small boutique property?
- Would you love to work in a property that has a strong wedding focus?

My client are part of smaller chain of hotels who have big ambitions over the coming months and years.

My client requires a Restaurant & Bars Manager with gravitas who will help with the day to day running of the hotel that has a very strong wedding bias (almost 100 per year).

The property is set in the heart of Cotswolds with plenty of character and winding corridors.

Providing support to the Deputy General Manager & working alongside the Assistant Manager you will manage the busy rosette-awarded restaurant & bar, as well as overseeing all F&B elements of our weddings & events.

This is a very hands on role whereby you will be working very closely with the Hotels Wedding Coordinator, GM, DGM and Head Chef.

This role is not for everyone as the Restaurant and Bars Manager will be a very visible and hands on

The Ideal Candidate

- Will have a strong F&B / Events background having worked in a quality driven property
- Will need to demonstrate they are a logical decision maker and someone who can make decision without having to involve the GM and DGM
- Will have a demonstrable background of training and development staff at all levels within a hotel business
- Will have the ability to multi task
- Will be astute and street smart


What is on offer?

- A salary of up to £23,000 plus share of monthly tips
