Work the ski season in the Swiss Alps!
Working in a small and friendly F&B team you will need to
provide a welcoming atmosphere for the guests and ensure that the
high standards of the Mountain Lodge are maintained. With a mixture
of English and French speaking guests, it is essential that you
speak fluent French.
Your responsibilities will include working on a rota system in the restaurant, bar and terrace areas for the breakfast, lunch time and
evening meals. In general there will be a maximum of 55 covers for
breakfast and evening meal. the lunch time trade can be
unpredictable and typically ranges from 10 to 40 covers.
You will be leading a small team of 4/5 waiters and be responsible for maintaining the level of service.
Reporting to the hotel manager you will be quick to learn how to
set tables, serve meals, operate the POS till and serve wine to our
guests.
Your team will be responsible for the cleanliness of the bar, terrace and
lounge areas, fast, efficient and friendly service and a personal
touch with all our guests are of the utmost importance to these
roles. An EU passport is necessary for this role
