Jubilee Talent is working in partnership with a 3 Michelin Star property in London who is looking for a pastry Sous Chef to join this stunning 3 Michelin Star Pastry Department in the centre of London with a host of perks/benefits.

Three Michelin Star Pastry Sous Chef Snapshot:

Salary £35,000 - £40,000
4 day week
Contract 44 hours – anything over 44 hours you get paid by the hour in overtime NOT Lieu
Automatic salary increases with service
30 days on holiday that rises with service
Worldwide Iconic venue
As a Pastry Sous Chef you will be working for one of the most iconic venues in London – you will need to have at least 1 Michelin Star experience but 2 and 3 Michelin Star experience would be advantageous.
