Gather & Gather – Hospitality Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House conference Hospitality Supervisor to join our wonderful team working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed and based on a variable contract where you may be required to work additional hours as the business demands.

As a Gather & Gather Hospitality Supervisor you will:
· Manage meeting rooms ensuring them are clean and stocked with paper, pencils, water, AV set up & catering requirements
· Prepare and deliver hospitality to the 6 meeting rooms & conference centre
· Organise room set up & breakdown with the assistant of hospitality team members
· Work with the onsite client hospitality manager and collate hospitality request sheets for the kitchen
· Support General Manager as and when required with the onsite catering facilities
 
Working hours will generally be Monday – Friday 7:30am 3:30pm however, you are required to be flexible as some days you may be required to start early for example 5:30am every Friday (but can finish earlier) or stay late 10pm (this is unusual).

Requirements
Full training is provided so experience is not essential but would be preferable. 
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and provide valid right to work in the UK.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
