Gather & Gather - Hospitality Manager 

Do you have a passion for bringing food and people together? Are you looking for a rewarding job with great opportunities for personal development, whilst also working sociable hours?

We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Manager to join our wonderful team working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed and based on a variable contract where you may be required to work additional hours as the business demands.

We’re looking for an individual who has a flair for customer service, has strong communication skills, has a friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers and of course has a love for food or a desire to know more!

As a Gather & Gather Hospitality Manager you will be able to create a positive team atmosphere and customer environment, effectively utilise the branding and marketing materials provided and be able to communicate effectively with your manager and team. You’ll be able to use your initiative in creating attractive counter displays, making sure that all health and safety standards are upheld by your team and help with assisting with administrative duties as required. Cash control, weekly banking and daily cash up will also be part of your role.

Requirements
· Experience in hospitality or similar environment
· Good communication skills
· A friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers
