Head Chef
Salary: £42.000 including bonus
Location: Near Castle Combe

Head chef will lead, recruit, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality, you will strive to maintain a safe and legal business adhering to all Company and legal requirements.

You will aim to control and maintain a commercially sound kitchen that achieves forecasted profit targets.

Responsibilities:

• Train, support and coach the kitchen team to aid internal succession.

• Maintain accurate food stock controls, including ordering in-line with sales, delivery checks and effective wastage management procedures.

• Design brilliant menus which fall in line with Gross Profit expectation

• Work collaboratively to deal with guest queries and complaints so that they are resolved in a fast and professional manner.

• Attend and take an active role in company meetings.
