Starting in the Spring, PGL have fantastic opportunities for Cooks to join us for our 2021 season. With varying length contracts and a range of locations across the UK, we’ve put together a fantastic catering team to help make PGL a place where people love to work and stay.

PGL are the UK’s leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for young people, and the catering operations at our activity centres are modern enterprises set up to deliver excellence in both service and food as well as providing supportive and fun environments to work.

Requirements

As a PGL Cook you will build on your experience and help us continue to drive standards. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your catering skills, including cooking, ordering, accounting for stock and staff supervision.

What do we look for in our Cooks?

Experience of working in a high volume catering environment.
The ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
A positive approach to team working and problem solving.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
