Description

The Champagne is being chilled, the finest seafood being put on order and the finishing touches are taking place to our luxurious new Champagne and seafood bar which is based in in the centre of the bustling Edinburgh Airport departures concourse.  
 
We are looking for front of house chefs who will be on show to our guests serving the freshest Scottish salmon, prawns, lobster and mackerel throughout the day from breakfast to late night snacks. This role pays up to £8.50 per hour depending on previous experience.
 
To complete the look we are now hiring for a range of positions all of which are offered on guaranteed hours of 8, 16, 32 or 40 hours a week meaning the roles will suit candidates looking for part of full time opportunities.  
 
This bar will be open to welcome the earlier flyers to the late night jetters leave therefore flexibility is required from the ideal candidate. Early shifts will start from 4am and late shifts will finish at 10pm, however a benefit for this role is that free parking is provided and paid for by Delaware North.

Requirements

Experience is prefered, but not essential as you'll be provided with full training.
 
As this role is working airside at an airport you will need to provide 5 years of complete checkable references with no gaps, own a valid passport or UK driving licence and complete a CRC.

These roles are offered on a no guaranteed hours contract but will be reviewed.
