Chef required to work a combination of day and evening shifts during the core business days of a Thur, fri, sat, sun and bank holidays and weekdays and weekends during term times.
You will support and lead service in the kitchen and ensure orders are cooked and presented to high standards, the correct portion control and price profit margins are effective.
You will be responsible for food stock orders ,quality control waste management and cleaning systems of the kitchen and all food standards management.
Managing health and safety and food standards records.

- You will need to have a number of years experience as evening chef with good references to support this.
- It would be an advantage to have a professional qualification such as NVQ 3 diploma in professional cookery and NVQ 3 in food safety.
