Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 per year, plus tips

Job Description:

As a CDP, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen's daily operations. This includes preparing meals for the restaurant, bar, banquets, conferences, weddings, and afternoon tea. The ideal candidate should be a skilled and ambitious chef with a pro-active and flexible approach to work duties. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career growth and development, with a focus on delivering the culinary vision of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality meals for restaurant and bar service, banquets, conferences, weddings, and afternoon tea.

- Maintain high standards of kitchen management and hygiene.

- Training and development of culinary skills for the team.
