Description

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced Chef Manager in a very busy Private Healthcare setting in the Cambridgeshire area.

This is a full time permanent position to be worked on a rota basis.

You will expected to manage a team to deliver a high quality service to patients and staff 365 days a year. The site has a staff restaurant, patient feeding and Hospitality.  You will have to ensure food is delivered in a clean safe environment ensuring all areas of safeguard, EHO and company policies are adhered too.  Manage all aspects of staffing and ensure the smooth running of patient and staff feeding. Liaise with client to ensure all requests are completed within the required timeframe. Attend client meetings and represent the Client. As well as managing the catering there are additional soft services (window cleaning and ground maintenance) for which the business manager will be responsible .
