We are looking for talented chefs with a passion for food
and cooking to work within our small team in Zermatt, Switzerland
servicing some of the most luxurious chalets in the Swiss
Alps.
This job will include full responsibility for the catering service
within your chalet and includes providing breakfast, home baked
afternoon tea, canapés and 4-6 course gourmet evening meals for the
guests.
Our chefs will be responsible for working to a weekly budget,
creating menus, purchasing all foods and maintaining health and
safety standards in the kitchen.
This is a very demanding role but extremely rewarding.

Applicants must hold a European passport
- Experience working in top restaurants to a Michelin star
standard preferred or similar
- Ability to run a highly professional kitchen and deliver a very
high standard of cuisine
- Previous customer service and hospitality experience
- A second language preferred
- Highly self motivated and ready to work within a team and
individually when needed
