Description

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for a very busy pub near Woking. Our client is offering a competitive salary, plus tips, flexible shift patterns, staff discount card and excellent training.

Due to limited transport links, you would be required to have your own transport.

Your role as an Assistant Manager will include:

* Working alongside the Manager to ensure FoH operates smoothly

* Motivate and lead your team to deliver quality and great service

* Lead the team in the Manager’s absence

* Observing hygiene, health and safety guidelines

The successful Assistant Manager will have:

* Background working in a gastro pub

* At least 2 years experience in a similar role

* Dedication and passion for the job

* Ability to work under pressure

* Own transport
