What's on the menu?
As our Food and Beverage manager you will be accountable for the department, driving sales and revenue, and providing key support to the Centre Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of F&B:
* Be responsible for managing all that is Food and Beverage, including the Hollywood Diner, Bar and various Corporate Events and Private Hires!
* Be responsible for driving sales and revenue opportunities whilst controlling operating costs and working within department budgets.
* Involved in team recruitment, training and development, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards and customer focus.
* Leading from the front; developing and motivation the team, in line with our fun & vibrant working culture!
The perfect Recipe:
* A Management background from within the Food and Beverage industry.
* Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach
* Proven experience of leading and developing a team
* The ability to analyse information & trading patterns to drive success, predict kitchen resource & stock requirements
* Competent with spreadsheets / Excel (Pivot Tables / VLookUps)
* Ambition for success!
