Description

What better way to spend your winter than by working as an Assistant Boutique Manager in one of our resorts?

Responsibilities:
  
  • Welcoming, advising and selling products matching our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Sales management (stocking and maintaining) according to Club Med's standards and merchandising
  • procedures.
  • Guarantee the smooth running of the opening and closing of the till and daily takings.
  • Promote and host business actions.
  • Work with the other departments of the resort (sports, events…)
  • Assist the manager for the economic and qualitative results
  • Insure back office tasks (stock list, orders, shipping suppliers' returns ….)
  • Respect Club Med's hygiene and safety rules and its holdings.

Requirements

  • Availability and international mobility from 3 to 8 months minimum.
  • Sales NVQ level 2/3 or similar certification.
  • Knowledge of retail, stock management and/or restocking.
  • IT tool required.
  • Comfortable with an upmarket and international clientele.
  • Conversational level in French required, other foreign languages a plus
